Ryan Meyer leads the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practices. Mr. Meyer uses his extensive background in business and real estate litigation to assist clients with avoiding the pitfalls of unknowingly walking into exposure and liability, whether that be as part of a merger or acquisition, a real estate deal, or even day-to-day business operations (like contract drafting, negotiation or disputes). Having prevailed in trials and arbitrations on behalf of his clients throughout the state, all centered around business and real estate disputes, Mr. Meyer has an appreciation for those situations where good intentions between parties turn to litigation. Careful consideration of what can happen after a deal is struck is an essential part of the upfront negotiation and crafting of transactional documents, and often aids in avoiding problems down the road. Experience and understanding of the civil litigation process brings clients efficiency and efficacy to resolution of their disputes.

Mr. Meyer’s real estate practice includes:
