Benjamin Koegel’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, with particular emphasis in business, construction, real estate and insurance litigation. Benjamin has successfully represented the likes of national real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals, as well as international insurance companies, in helping navigate through the litany of pitfalls that can arise throughout the pendency of a construction project. Benjamin has represented clients in every stage of litigation, ranging from pre-litigation planning through appeal, which allows him to approach each case with a broad understanding of how best to resolve disputes in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
